To Upload Music to iPod®
Once you have songs in your iTunes library, connect your iPod to your computer, and iTunes automatically transfers the music to your iPod. When you add new songs to iTunes, iTunes automatically updates your iPod with the new songs. Just connect your iPod to your computer, and you’ll keep all your music updated!

To Upload Music to other MP3 Players
Since your songs are located in your Shared folder (exact location is: C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name\Shared) go to the green START button of your computer, located in the lower left corner of your computer screen, choose ”my computer“ and follow the C:\... path, until you get to your songs.
Now, you can connect your Mp3 player to the computer and it should now automatically detect the device, probably showing it as a removable disk drive indicated by a letter or a name, for example: E:\MP3 player. Generally you should be able to drag and drop the mp3 songs from the Shared folder with your music, into your Mp3 player.
You may need to rummage around your mp3 player folders to figure out where music files should be stored on your MP3 player. Once you find one song, see what folder it is stored in, on the MP3 device and drop other songs into the same place. If that‘s not an option, then just put a few songs in different directories and see if your device can find it once you disconnect and try to play a song or two.
