IMUSICSHARE SERVICES
iMusicShare makes no claim to ownership or proprietorship of any software recommended by its service. All software recommended is either Freeware or Addware and therefore none of the purchase price entitles the Purchaser to any ownership, licensing rights or recourse of any kind in relation to use of the software other than those rights offered by the software owners. The minimal fee charged by iMusicShare is a recurring monthly club membership fee which is for the location of and rating of those software products available from the web site and for the information provided to purchasers. A member may end his/her monthly subscription at anytime during the course of his/her membership. However, membership dues are NOT retroactive to day of sign up.
Purchasers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the service. Access to and use of the service is through a combination of a login ID and a password, which are case sensitive. Each Purchaser must keep his password strictly confidential. Purchasers, remember Your password! iMusicShare will not be held responsible for any failure to obtain access to the service by way of the entry of an incorrect login or password but will make every endeavor to assist promptly with such information upon satisfactory proof of the identity of the person making the enquiry. You agree not to release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the service is a breach of this agreement and a violation of law. The material on the service is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Purchasers only. Any other use is prohibited.
REFUND POLICY
After service has been accessed, when approved, memberships fees may be refundable after $7 refund handling and processing fee is applied, to meet costs incurred surrounding the membership‘s creation, marketing, processing, setup, database upkeep and technical & client services. To go forward with your request, send an email to support@iMusicShare.com, specifying the reasons for your request. Upon receiving your email, iMusicShare will establish contact with you, to begin the process. iMusicShare reserves the right to review all refund requests for validity.
MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
Memberships can be ended at any time, upon your prefence. This means that you will not be billed again in the future. If You decide to end your membership, simply email support@imusicshare.com with your request. Upon discontinuing it, you will receive an email confirmation from iMusicShare.com. Your subscription login will work until the end of your membership term, at which time, the subscription ID will become inactive. You will not incur any other fees after the end of your billing term.
