Thank you for your quick responce, For some reason my computer could not download program 1, 2, nor 3, when I was on your website. However, through your email link I was able to do so.
I have spent sometime on the prorgram. I have now pretty much figured out how to go about downloading, though it takes longer because I currently use a dial up.
Once again thank you for your quick and kind responce, I wiill gladly continue with your services. ...........I do need assistance on how to finish an incomplete download as well.
I was downloading ( Movie "Willow Tales" DVD Quality.mpg) successfully, until somehow I caused the download to stop, I must have cleared it out, deleted it..../ unsure what I did, I hit the keyboard by accident while doing other task on my desk.
Is it possible to pick up where I left off on download? If so ....How?
